    I just did Beth Lenco’s amazing Essentrics class this morning and it reminded me of the juicy, feel good endorphin rush I experienced in my youth doing aerobics but also had the fluid beauty and grace of moving my body in an intelligent way to repair my joints from all the over extending I did to myself in my youth too.

    I love moving to music (her playlist is awesome) and I had loads of energy and joy in my heart after class and managed an afternoon of gardening and still feel amazing!
